Default Buildings - Terrain Hopping

Well with the introduction of units that can traverse terrain easily such as the reaper and colossus, did they state if buildings will play a role in such terrain action? Like can reapers leap over buildings or the colossus step on a building? If so, can I lift off my barracks and make it come crashing down?

I dont see why they should, maybe smal things like bunkers, colonies, cannons, maybe depots, but a colossus striding over a planetary fortess would be silly...

Not a psychic, can't drive a tank, kicked out of the Marine Corps...
That leaves SCV and Pirate, and I hate harvesting...
